Hi! I am Gagan, an engineer by profession and an artist by spirit.

I believe in following my passion and have a proven track record of seeking unfamiliar projects, learning on the job and delivering results. For instance, I completed my undergraduate degree in Chemical Engineering. Immediately after that, I started working in the completely unrelated field of Unmanned Air Vehicles (UAVs) and then pursued my Masters in Aerospace Engineering at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Now, I work at CD-adapco in the computational design of cool machines such as motorcycles, bikes, mining trucks and harvester combines. The only constant in my career has been my love for cutting-edge technology and desire to work with cool, new products.

Art is my other lifelong passion and I love exploring different forms and styles of art. I especially enjoy sketching and designing personal spaces. These days, I am completely captivated by photography and caricature drawing.

As an artist and engineer, my Mecca is where design and technology meet together. That's when a beautiful product is born! One day, I want to lead an innovative technology to create a product that not only solves a problem, but is also intuitive and aesthetically beautiful.

I believe in a growth mindset, not a fixed mindset; collaboration not competition; and developed skills, not inborn talents. And lastly, I enjoy hot coffee on a rainy day and cold beer any day!
