IT Services Advisor driving Data Analytics, ITSM and Digital Transformation in Research Organizations
Brazil
I help organizations transform operational complexity into measurable results through Data Analytics, IT Service Management (ITSM), and Digital Transformation.
With more than 15 years of experience across public-sector institutions, research environments, and technology operations, I work at the intersection of data-driven decision-making, governance, service management, and process improvement. My career has been built around translating organizational challenges into structured processes, scalable solutions, and measurable outcomes.
Currently, I serve as IT Services Advisor at IPT – Institute for Technological Research, one of Brazil's leading public research institutions. Working within the Service Desk environment, I support initiatives involving IT governance, procurement, contracts, process optimization, requirements analysis, and technology modernization.
One of my key achievements was leading the design and implementation of a Shared Service Center for IT support, resulting in a 20% reduction in operating costs and a 30% increase in process efficiency within the first year.
My professional experience also includes Business Intelligence, financial management, budgeting, service operations, advisory roles, and institutional process design, allowing me to bridge technical, operational, and strategic perspectives.
I believe that well-structured data, reliable services, and effective governance are essential foundations for sustainable institutional growth.
