I am a certified Usui/Holy Fire Reiki master teacher and practitioner. I am committed to love, health and joy... experiencing them, expressing them and helping other people find them. My purpose is to help others heal through sharing the universal life force energy of Reiki. I have found that Reiki is a peaceful way to release stress and heal on all levels. It enables you to touch the joy in your life.

My career has included conference planning, graphic design, and being a grandmother, as well as providing Reiki healing. Most importantly, I have a lifetime of experience in sharing love and compassion with everyone I know.

I provide Reiki healing to hospice patients as a volunteer for Caring Hospice Services of Stamford. I also see private clients at two beautiful, serene locations — at the Stern Wellness Center in Cross River, NY, and the Meridian Wellness Center in Stamford, CT.
