Gail Williams

I was born and raised in Habersham County, Cornelia, GA. I graduated from Habersham Central High School in 1979. Once I graduated college I returned home and I've built my life around the things that make me happiest: being outside, getting my hands in the dirt, and cooking up something delicious for the people I love.
There's nothing quite like the feeling of working in my garden—watching something grow from a tiny seed into something beautiful and alive. But my real joy comes from the kitchen. I genuinely believe that food has a way of bringing people together like nothing else, and I love making people smile through the meals I prepare. I think if you can evoke positive emotions through food, THAT is the highest form of praise. Whether it's a simple weeknight dinner or a big gathering with friends and family, I pour my heart into every dish.
For me, the best moments in life happen outdoors, surrounded by good food and even better company.
