Gail Weingast

Dr. Gail Weingast attended Jackson College, Tufts University, in Medford, Massachusetts, starting in 1969. There she majored in Spanish, receiving her Bachelor of Arts degree. She would enroll in Boston University's School of Medicine after that, seeking her medical degree. She received her M.D. in 1976 and threw herself into the field of pediatrics. She would later have opportunities to perform residencies and fellowships in Ultrasound and radiology. She worked at Colorado General Hospital for a number of years, serving in several positions. Today, Dr. Gail Weingast is a radiology specialist at William W. Backus Hospital, in Norwich, Connecticut. She serves as the Chief of Ultrasound and Breast Imaging.
