I enjoy creating a diverse pipeline for re-occurring roles or hard to fill positions at the Director level and above within Pharma/Biotech. Relationship management and communication are key. Using tools such as Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin, and Google+ in conjunction with CRM systems are a part of my everyday life as a Talent Social Networker.

Solid experience in name generation, internet research (boolean searching, xray techniques, etc), cold calling, Twitter, Facebook, User Groups, Slideshare, Google+, Linkedin and networking at all levels. AIRS certified.
