Gail R. Kulp

As the Exeuctive Director of the national, non-profit Sea Tow Foundation, I am a highly motivated, energetic and accomplished association executive with expertise in aligning strategic goals with specific outcomes, developing innovative programs and working effectively with staff, board and volunteers. I am adept at multi-tasking and work dligently on building partnerships and securing diverse revenue sources to help increase our work in making recreational boaters safer on the water.

I earned my Certitfied Association Executives (CAE) credential from ASAE in 2012. I also have a master's degree in educational policy, planning and leadership from The College of William & Mary as well as a bachelor's degree from Salisbury University in elementary education and history.

In my spare time, I enjoy kayaking, baking cookies, reading, photography and scrapbooking. I live in Pennsylvania with my husband, Chris, and our black lab, Daisy.
