She enjoys living her purpose, speaking, strategizing, and empowering clients. She uses her extensive career in management to help career professionals to unleash their purpose and shift their leadership and global impact higher using her LightShift360 S.E.R.V.E. Blueprint. She creates strategies to bridge people, business and social impact that increase engagement, growth and purposeful contributions to the world.
