My name is Cristian Gaina and I am a founding member of The Sustainable Diplomacy Initiative wich is an organization of multidisciplinary strategists and change-makers from around the world who promote and facilitate multi-cultural collaboration between people as the most effective method of diplomacy to create a more understanding, more connected, more cooperative, and ultimately, a more peaceful society. I erned my degree in Psychology at West University of Timisoara, where I am currently studying for my master's degree in Clinical Psychology. I own a graduate certificate in Information Technology but my main interests are ( human behaviour and clinical psychology ). I am often described as the "problem solver" in my team because I handle crises very well and I find quick solutions. Interests : I am a guy that like sports (snowboarding handball , soccer ) but also science and business . I am a passionate individual and I am very dedicated when I care about the work I am doing.
