Hi there!

I'm Katha, a 16 y/o girl from Germany.

Since 2013 I'm struggling with Anorexia Nervosa. Now I'm in Recovery since February 2015 but it was a long and hard way to realize that I need help and that there are more important things than some numbers on a scale.Most blog entries I'll write in German just because it's my first language. So I can explain how I feel etc better than in my bad English! If you have any questions feel free to ask me - I won't kill you ;)
