I have improved in the Reduction of employee absenteeism and unauthorized leaves through implementing coherent HR policies and constant counseling. And also Designed the skill matrix and training calendar for all the employees.

I have handled Successfully completed Sedex SMETA 2 pillar audits, Hugo Boss Environment sustainability audits, Higg Index FEM-Facility Environmental Module audits, ISO 9001:2015 Quality managements system DNV Audits, Dept factory audits IS 14489 and Maintaining ZDHC-Zero discharge of Hazardous Chemicals audit protocol.
