Strengths include written communication, time management, team building, and leadership. I am a licensed veterinary technician with a bachelor's degree in animal science. I am currently pursuing a master’s in business administration, and I aspire to obtain my VTS-DI in 2026.
I am currently employed as a clinical liaison for an international veterinary teleradiology company, Vetschoice radiology.
As an educator at Pima Medical Institute, I excelled at developing instructional resources and lesson plans for veterinary nursing programs. I was able to maintain the student success rate while ensuring lab competency. My commitment to education extended to coordinating guest speakers, community service field trips, and supporting externship visitation for veterinary nursing students. I was the student faculty advisor for the ScNAVTA student organization for 4 years.
In my role as the supervisor of diagnostic imaging at Gulf Coast Veterinary Specialists, I honed my exemplary leadership skills. Managing a team of over 20 professionals, including radiologists, interns, sonographers, veterinary technicians, and assistants, I coordinated and performed various imaging modalities, ensuring top-notch veterinary care. Programs like Animal Intelligence, Illumipet, Telemedicine, E-Film, and Microsoft tools supported my efficient workflow.
