I’m Clark Gallagher, known online as clarkpb01, a fitness model, coach, and content creator based in Salem, Oregon. Fitness has shaped my life since I started lifting weights at 14. I tried sports growing up, but weightlifting was where I found an interest that stayed with me.

That interest grew into bodybuilding and eventually became my career. I earned a degree in kinesiology and worked at a gym for approximately four years, gaining experience in an environment that matched my passion. Before that, I helped my grandfather on his farm, and I still work with him part time.

During college, I began building my social media presence. By graduation, I was able to pursue content creation full time. Today, Instagram is my primary platform, and my interests include training, dieting, social media growth, and brand building.

My daily routine revolves around bodybuilding, with six meals a day, regular gym sessions, and work and content creation in between. Outside of fitness, I enjoy cars, travelling, and gaming. These interests give me ways to spend time away from training while enjoying other parts of my life. My journey has grown from a teenage hobby into work that reflects my interests and commitment.
