Since I was young, my parents were always too busy with work and so I was often limited in ways I could play with friends. This has lead to me becoming more introverted as most of my interactions with friends were online, and still are but I will talk about that later. Since I couldn't rely on my parents to drive me to friends, the only place I could physically interact with friends was at school. Which I feel like is partly why I've generally enjoyed going to school, apart from my curiosity to learn.

Things were going great for me, until my parents found a job opportunity that required us to move to Georgia, which I cried and whined about especially since I only learned about it like 2 weeks before we had to move, but nonetheless we moved. However, before we left, I told my friends about the situation and they threw me a surprise party. These moments along with the picture of me on the ferris wheel when our friends went to a carnival helped me a lot.

I kept frequent contact with my old friends with online games and whatnot, but it lacked things simple things like shooting the breeze, hangouts, and stuff like that. Although I was only in my sophomore year when I transferred to a new school, I didn't find anyone that I connected with as much as my old friends. However, ever since I started college, I have been able to do the simple stuff I've been missing out on and I hope to continue doing.
