I have recently returned to college. The return to college has proven to be a great learning experience, for me. I look forward to mastering the hurdles, in order to succeed. I have had a variety of jobs throughout the last 20 years. As odd as it may sound, I have driven a garbage truck, served tables, poured concrete, sat with Alzheimer patients, etc. The fact that I have been exposed to such varietiess of employment, the experiences may become an attribute to my future goals of employment.

Being an active member of Azalea City Church of God has been a rewarding experience in my livelyhood. I love my church. The church being very spiritual church, yet filled with love makes it an amazing church to attend. Through joining Azalea City Church of God, I have met many wonderful people. Through the church, I am an advocate for the homeless people. We help feed, cloth, and pray with these people. There have been many success stories.

Returning to college has been a long awaited goal of mine. The fear is the greatest hurdle I must overcome. The only thing I can do is is give my best shot and not give up. A degree in Interior Design/Architectural Engineering is my goal. I pledge to work hard to achieve this goal and to be the successful person I desire to be.

Until I graduate, I will work as a Server. Unless, a better opportunity comes along. Either way, I pray God will see me through this long journey set before me.
