I am a highly organized bi-lingual Accounts Receivable Coordinator with significant expertise in Excel software, Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and customer service. Extensive experience in building strong vendor and contractor relationships, proprietary accounting software applications and accounts receivable banking procedures. Truly enjoys researching difficult, complicated issues from discovery to conclusions. Effective communicator, patient, works well individually or on a team. Major strengths include focus, critical thinking and excelling in a detail-oriented deadline-driven work environment.

A Texas native by way of Corpus Christi, Lubbock and now based in the Austin Metro area, my many years in customer service helped instill the commendable work ethics I have today. I am a co-founder of recently registered Gamez Ortiz, GP. Our goal is to create and promote a model of self-sustainability on the property pictured. This venture will consist of two entities. First, a worm farm - a process that encourages recycling of waste products (reducing the amount going to landfills) which in turn allows the worm waste, or castings, to be used as eco-friendly organic fertilizer. Second, an agricultural business consisting of organic fruits and vegetables, dba Edibly Fresh.

Our mission is to create an eco-friendly infrastructure to yield and provide affordable, competitively priced certified organic produce and fertilizer to area residents and communities. Buying local reduces sprawl, automobile use, habitat loss and water pollution.
