I accelerated my career from Soaps seller to Software seller and now became a legal advisor. Here is my little story.
I brought up and completed all my education in Bhimavaram (Andhra Pradesh) and currently live in Bangalore. After getting a Bachelor's Degree, I started my career as a Sales Executive at HUL in 2007. While I was working for HUL, I used to go by bicycle and sell soaps to 150 retails shops. And it was not an easy task to sell them, and sometimes I had to wait for hours at the retail shops to sell one box of soaps. This taught me patience.
After two years of my experience in the Sales Field, I decided to pursue my Post Graduation. After completing MBA (Marketing and Human Resources), I joined in the Vtiger as a Marketing trainee, which is a new domain for me, though, my continuous efforts helped sharpen my selling skills, product demos, resolving billing disputes, and documenting the best practices. My secret ingredients are nothing in selling. I take the time to listen to my clients, understand their needs, and guide them through the options to arrive at the best solutions. For the past 6 years, I have been managing channel sales through partners to spread the organization wings in the overseas.
I also completed my 3 years LLB which helped adding Legal Knowledge to my career and helping the current organization, in understanding the Data Protection Laws (GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA, etc.) and guiding them to implement the policies to comply with the global privacy laws. I'm working with internal and external teams to protect the organization's trademark. I have a track record of taking 75+ fake internet domains that infringe the current organization trademark policies and acquired more than 10 internet domains. Further, defending the organization in IPR and Patent litigations and negotiating terms with third-parties to settle down the matters amicably. And a track record of winning a trademark case over a Swiss Company in Germany.
On the other hand, I am vetting legal agreements to help administration teams, sales teams, and support teams to enter into the new projects.
