I have over two and half decades of experience with practical and hands-on background in banking, corporate finance, capital market and education sector having handled large teams in senior management positions in diverse organizations. Apart from the domain knowledge and the related skills I have, by virtue of this experience, gained appreciable insights and perspectives into organization and team building.

My banking experience stems from his stint in Standard Chartered Bank where I handled various roles spanning retail operations, trade finance, branch management, corporate credit and investment banking. This experience was further supplemented and complemented as a domain consultant for iflex Solutions Ltd (Now Oracle Finance), providing a greater global banking and technology perspective through interaction with international banks based in Europe, LATAM, Far East and Africa.

I also set up and headed the equity research and Institutional sales for a niche broking company. This experience provided me with insight into multiple industries, financial modeling and forecasting skills. It also gave me a good understanding of how domestic and foreign financial institutions think and operate.

I have also done independent consulting in areas of investor relations, business valuation, receivables and payables management and internal reorganization.

Lately I was involved in Indian Education Sector creating multiple business models and also evolving operational and technology strategies. I helped a startup in this sector create a presence in the BFSI training and also helped in creating a managing a portfolio of products in other domains too.
