Hailing from a quaint Chinese town, I overcame the trials of Gao Kao - the National College Entrance Examination in China, to venture to Beijing for my studies in German Language and Literature at Beijing Foreign Studies University – a breeding ground for China's diplomats. Choosing a different path, I secured a full scholarship from the Germany Haniel Foundation, leading me to Germany for in-depth studies in retail and marketing.

My global odyssey continued with a semester in Istanbul, Turkey, fortifying my cultural awareness. Internships with industry giants like METRO Group, LOREAL, ZURICH Insurance, and Commerzbank honed my skills across retail, consumer goods, insurance, and investment banking.

Launching my career, I delved into a global leadership rotation program, gaining invaluable product management expertise in Belgium and Switzerland within the manufacturing/chemical industry. A pivot to the automotive sector saw me contributing to Porsche's success at its Stuttgart headquarters, managing business relationships across the Asia Pacific region.

Fueled by a passion for positive organizational leadership, technology, and entrepreneurship, I pursued an MBA at the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business. Internships with Dell and Amazon in the U.S. propelled me into the tech sphere. Following the footsteps of my inspiration, Steve Jobs, I navigated the San Francisco Bay Area, working with a legal tech startup before contributing to an AI/ML startup in Berlin as Chief of Staff. I currently thrive as an AI Customer Success Manager at DataRobot, catering to EMEA clients such as DHL, BMW, Beiersdorf, AB InBev, and Global Radio.

As a gay immigrant, strength and intelligence guided me through diverse societies, systems, and the pursuit of authenticity. Fortunate to follow my heart, I found my home and family in the welcoming embrace of the San Francisco Bay Area. My personal and professional journey, marked by courage and resilience, fuels my commitment to guide others towards their authentic selves.
