The Gardens at West Highlands

The Gardens is a beautiful, modern seniors living community located in Lethbridge, Alberta, Canada. It has 4 floors of residential suites, housing fully equipped kitchens with full-size appliances, in-suite landries and personal balconies. The community is also protected by a fire suppression system with sprinklers throughout the building and in all units and also has a 24-hour personal emergency system in place. It has central heat and air conditioning in the building as well as personal heat and air conditioning units in each suite. Optional underground parking is available if you so choose. All utilities are included in your rent including local phone, high-speed internet and basic cable TV.
