I am the owner and operator of Auto Platinum Spa, where luxury car detailing is brought right to your doorstep in Vancouver, BC. As a private business owner, I have gained a wealth of experience in client-facing and behind-the-scenes coordination, communication, logistics, and marketing.

Before starting my own business, I worked for four years as an appliance installation technician for CJ Installation, managing and overseeing every step of the process, from installation and quality control to marketing strategies, delivery logistics, and client and developer communications.

I have hands-on experience as a landscape technician for Showcase Landscaping, including oversight and installation of everything from patios and sprinkler systems to turf grass and trees, according to the landscape design of each client. I was responsible for the maintenance of the properties of our clients, including pruning, mowing, watering, and whatever else the client requested.

At Pagoda Ridge Golf Course, I trained entry-level employees and oversaw daily performance and morale. I maintained consistent and informed communication with the overseeing superintendents to ensure that all tasks were completed promptly and efficiently, as well as monitored the course and weather conditions to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day events.

I worked as lead concierge at The Hart, a gastro-bar in Gastown, Vancouver. This role required me to be efficient and personable in all client-facing communications and management. I was tasked with developing and implementing strategies for converting foot traffic into direct business sales as safely, promptly, and professionally as possible.

I opened Platinum Auto Spa Ltd. in 2022 and continue to oversee the management side of the business. This includes marketing, scheduling, client interfacing, logistics, and inventory, etc. on top of our commitment to providing accessible luxury automotive detailing.

I have a passion for traveling and sports. I received a diploma in Sports Sciences from Douglas College. I am an avid golfer and a dedicated Yankees fan.
