Gareth Jones

Gareth joined Crutes as a partner in 2004. He works in the business services department. Gareth has a wide range of commercial property experience including commercial property development, commercial development funding, estate management, investment sales and purchases and high value landlord and tenant work.

Gareth has acted for major banks and regional building societies, has dealt with the property aspects of loan book acquisitions valued up to £200m including the reviewal of the security documentation and due diligence exercises. Gareth has extensive experience negotiating and approving Certificates of Title for lenders as well as drafting and negotiating facility agreements, charge documentation and priority arrangements. The typical loan range for transactions Gareth manages are from £0.5m - £10m.
