I have seven years of professional experience in live production for churches and theaters. I'm able to program, operate, maintain, and integrate AVL systems for user-friendly operation, maximum uptime, and demanding specifications. I have experience with large outdoor events, portable production systems, and stage set design. I'm also able to train and lead teams of volunteers or staff in production roles such as audio, video, lighting, stage crew, and staging/scenery.

I’m very curious and always up for an intellectual challenge, taking every opportunity to improve my knowledge and skills. I can easily see things from multiple perspectives, allowing me to see the big picture. I communicate very logically; I’m direct, open, and honest.
