I'm the one out there experimenting.

Brewing, planting, hammering, stirring.

Camping, hiking, pedalling, climbing.

As well as being a bona-fide craft beer maker and distiller, I'm a beekeeper, cheesemaker, gardener and fixer of all the things.

My mission? To make the world a little less basic. To inspire awesomeness and make the planet a better place.
