After having completed my studies in Industrial Engineering (Valladolid University) along with the specialization gained in the major in Renewable Energy and turbomachines, I had the chance to work at Renault where to apply and deepen practical way the acquire skills in different projects after having worked at Naresuan University as a researcher in Renewable Energy thanks to the Faro Global internship program. During 2014, I have managed to juggle my studies with work and I got a Master in Foreign Trade. Later, I had the chance to become a Mars associate and in 2015 I started an adventure as a project engineer. Then I took different roles leading people as Maintenance Manager and Sustainability Manager, I finished my time at Mars as Regional Manufacturing Projects Manager leading the Facility Management deployment in Europe.

I consider myself an enthusiastic self-starter with initiative, organizational and management skills, a willingness and absolute desire to learn. I am ready to live anywhere and I am able to keep good working relations with people from different cultures, after my experiences in Romania (Erasmus program) and Thailand (Faro Global program). I believe in common sense and perseverance.

I am a results-oriented Manager with a passion for talent development and team building, as well as a strong background in finance. Experience on-boarding, developing and motivating high performance teams that consistently deliver business results. Comprehensive background includes 9 years in the food and automotive industries.
