As a leader, a consultant, a businessman and filmmaker, I am very involved in community. I truly believe you must leave footprints in your community that make it a better place than when you arrived. Everyone who knows me, knows this is true of me.

In my work, I always take time to share the vision, to energize people to work together toward a common passion. Today, when I serve as a leader for any organization or community group, my goal is to help them aim higher, serve the greater good and leave egos behind so community is served well.

My projects have won me a few awards over the years, but the best reward is seeing people changed by an idea, a thought or to create a movement, even if just to pause and think for a moment.

Re-Imagination is being able to have a "spatial view"...what is on the other side of that "mountain". What are my options, what is the best way, is there a paradigm-shift required, do I need to create high-velocity change and how do I get others motivated to aim higher?
