As a Naval Officer I have learned the value of working across departments to get the job done. Each day as been a new challenge willing me to grow as a leader and expand my way of thinking. From creating new training programs, to managing international multi-million dollar contracts, to handing the many complex tasks on a mission, I have learned the valued skills to accomplish what needs to be done. I have been fortunate enough in my career to see outside of the Navy within different organizations and countries to understand the different procedures and policies that work. I have learned these variations in work styles to strengthen my own and become a stronger manager and leader. I am thankful for all the Navy has shown me and hope to use all my gained skills to further any company I may join in the future.
