I've been in the culinary industry since 1994. A graduate of The New York Restaurant School. Grew up in N.Y. having a love of food. I have had My ups and downs in the filed,but still love it. I am here to make new connections. One of my passions is to open a food truck. maybe pasta . but threre are alot of ideas that can be done. And hope to sometime beable to have my own bussiness.
