Gary Lubner

Gary Lubner is a former CEO and current board member of Belron, the global leader in vehicle glass repair and replacement operating across 40 countries. Over his 23-year tenure as CEO, he directed the company’s international expansion and growth in workforce and operations. He also initiated the Spirit of Belron Challenge, an annual fundraising event benefitting Afrika Tikkun, a youth-focused charity in South Africa.
Gary is dedicated to philanthropic and community-focused initiatives. He founded This Day Foundation, which supports projects in education, employment, and leadership development across the UK and South Africa.
Gary’s career started at Arthur Andersen and includes leadership roles in the South African glass industry, and he holds an MBA from London Business School. He actively serves on the boards of the Nelson Mandela Legacy Trust, Afrika Tikkun, Football Academy Noah and One to One Children’s Fund.
