Gary was born and raised in Southern California but relocated to Florida only a year after he graduated from college. He lives in a house just two miles from the ocean, allowing him to take part in a number of his favorite hobbies and sports, most of which involve the ocean. Gary, having grown up not far from the beach in California, loves to surf and has won several different surfing competitions in his youth. He still enjoys this sport today and will often spend his days off from work in the water practicing. When he isn't out surfing, he also enjoys boating and frequently takes his closest friends out on day-long deep sea fishing trips when the weather permits.
Gary works just a few miles down the coast from his home. A passionate, enthusiastic cook, Gary went through culinary school and now works as the head chef in a prestigious restaurant that is a well-loved tourist destination. He specializes in all types of food, and his favorite style of cooking ranges wide and far, from intricate barbecuing processes to fine gourmet dishes. Gary enjoys traveling and visiting his extended family in Atlanta, especially his nieces and nephews. Gary’s biggest dream is to not only one day own and operate a seafood restaurant, but also plans serving as the restaurant’s head chef so that he never has to give up his passion for the culinary arts in order to make a successful, prosperous living.
