Gary Hogan
A self proclaimed "home grown spud", I spend most of my time in doors at home gaming, drawing, writing, watching cartoons or sleeping.
I grew up doing pretty much three things in every free waking minute I had which were playing video games, drawing and watching cartoons, more recently I realised a love for writing when I was introduced to tabletop gaming in the form of Dungeons and Dragons. When I wrote the backstory for my first character I got hooked on a fresh way to express my imagination.
ars old Iv'e had many experiences both good and bad throughout my life which have taught me alot about how the world works, how if you want to get anywhere in this world you either have to be a ruthles basterd or a conformist ass, Iv'e noticed that if you atempt to help others or go against the norms of "Modern civilization" you'll be held down or cast out by needless hatred and fear of the unknown.
Can you tell yet?, I'm quite the cynicle person don't get me wrong though, I realise the world isn't all gloom and doom, there are always people willing to help others and go against the norm and those people are far happier for it, or atleast they would be if not for the gormless nitwits that fill out the majority percentage of the populace who hold back progresse of all kinds with there missled, ignorant inability to let people be who they are instead of who "the unwritten rules of modern society" say they should be.
To some up my hobbies I'm a gamer, I started simply with an Atari 2600 and now own various handheld consoles, a playstation 3, x-box 360 and wii as well as my trusty gaming PC, about four years ago I began recording full video game playthroughs for youtube and while I remain in obscurity I still find it fun. Even more recently I was as I said introduced to Dungeons and Dragons which has proven to provide me with countless hours of fun.
I'm a writer who has written pieces ranging from short poems to character backstories and the begining of a book, I mainly focus on a fantasy style in various different settings from distant past to far future.
If you can call watching cartoons a hobby I do that alot too, while it's mostly anime I have watched a few cartoons recently aswell even though all but one were old cartoons that I grew up with such as Sonic SatAM and the looney toons, I have also quite enjoyed the more recent My Little Pony Friendship is magic.
Fare thee well humble reader.
