When I see people in a counselling environment they are usually at their lowest point, at the ragged edge - exposed, without any of their defence mechanisms in place.

While travelling I have been lucky to have met people who speak many languages, come from different cultures, race groups and have their own belief systems.

What I have learned from this is that without our cultural bias, religious beliefs, sexual identity and skin pigmentation, we are all just humans - people living our lives as best we can on our wonderful Blue Planet.

Let's all try to get along and look after each other - and Our World.
