Gary is a dynamic and experienced project manager that believes that human capital is the essential in taking organizations from good to great. Upon graduating from the University of Michigan in 2010, Gary moved to New York City and began leading programs to prepare students from low-income communities for college matriculation and success. He specializes in diversity, equity and inclusion (DE&I) curriculum design and facilitation, strategic planning, data analysis, alumni relations, volunteer engagement and leadership for social enterprises such as Teach For America, College Summit and iMentor. Recognized as a StartingBloc Social Entrepreneurship Fellow, Gary privately consults individuals on career navigation and plans to pursue a master's degree in Organizational Psychology to launch a comprehensive organizational development firm, specializing in DE&I strategy, talent acquisition & development, organizational effectiveness and leadership coaching.
