I grew up in Kolkata, India, in an environment that valued education, discipline, and curiosity. In the early 1980s, I moved to the United States to pursue graduate studies in chemical engineering, earning my master’s degree from the New Jersey Institute of Technology. My early career was in manufacturing, where I spent nearly a decade solving technical problems and improving processes. One of those ideas led to a U.S. patent, which showed me the power of careful observation and creative thinking.

Over time, I became more interested in how business decisions shape real lives. While working full time, I attended the MBA program at Rutgers University and eventually started my own business. That experience taught me responsibility, patience, and the importance of long-term thinking.

In 2012, after moving to Southlake, Texas, I transitioned into wealth management. I worked with firms like Merrill Lynch, Edward Jones, and Wells Fargo Financial Network before co-founding Adson Wealth Partners in 2025. Today, I focus on understanding people first—their values, goals, and priorities—before helping them think through important financial decisions.

Outside of work, I’m a published poet and playwright. I love traveling, reading, and cooking. Those creative outlets keep me grounded and connected to the human side of everything I do.
