Hospitality, the hotel industry specifically, has been my life since 2005. Providing customer service to our most loyal guests, and making a memorable experience for those who are traveling and away from home and their families is what it's all about. Working for an industry leader, we are held to the highest standards and are expected to go above and beyond to make it right for the guest. All too often, hotels are impersonal and lifeless; I want to make sure that there is always a friendly face and a warm welcome when a guest comes to you.

I am also an amateur photographer who wants to help individuals and families capture the moments they will want to remember for a lifetime.
