As the approved IT partner for all new School of Medicine IT initiatives, our Engagement team can shepherd you through the complex process of contract negotiations, security approvals, and technology discovery. Engagement's collaborative approach to solving institutional problems in combination with standard escalation paths provides an accelerated path to delivering technology solutions to investigators, study teams and business units.
Gary received his MBA from North Carolina State University with concentrations in Financial and Services Management. He also holds a B.S. degree in both Computer and Electrical Engineering and a Masters of Engineering degree from North Carolina State University. Additionally, Gary cofounded CubeShield, Inc. in 2002 to bring to market a new office workplace invention. Since inception the company has filed for a patent, partnered with a manufacturer in Hong Kong, licensed trademarks from NCSU, UNC and Duke for the product and has been selling the product online at CubeShield.com. The company has experienced steady revenue growth since 2004. This is significantly due to adoption of the CubeShield product by corporate clients including a large California based semiconductor company. On October 10, 2006 the cofounders were awarded U.S. Patent 7,117,802 covering the CubeShield product.
