Gary Jodha

Gary Jodha opened his law firm in Princeton Junction, New Jersey, over 30 years ago. He continues to oversee operations at the practice as well as a second location in Newark. Over the years, the practice has focused on maintaining a knowledgeable, experienced staff that provides each client with transparent and compassionate legal services. Gary Jodha has worked with an array of organizations and individuals seeking naturalization and immigration services such as green cards, political asylum, citizenship, family sponsorship, work authorizations, permanent residency via labor certification, H-1B and L-1 visas. He also represents immigrants who have criminal convictions facing deportation. In addition, he practices in the areas of family and criminal law.

Gary Jodha received his bachelor of arts from the City College of the City University of New York. After completing his undergraduate studies in the areas of political science and pre-law he earned his master's degree in political science and international relations at the City College of the City University of New York. He then attended Rutgers Law School in Newark, New Jersey where he earned his law degree.
