Gary Lent

Hi there, I’m Gary Lent. I’m an experienced M&A professional managing a private investment firm interested in acquiring manufacturing companies in the Engineered Industrial market sector. My firm is currently headquartered in Rancho Cucamonga, California in San Bernardino County.

My professional background includes decades of Engineering experience. Previously, I was one of the project managers for The Boeing Company's 777 aircraft program. I later entered the industrial pump market by becoming R&D Manager for Wilden Pump & Engineering, LLC. While at Wilden, I created a culture of innovation. I have 5 patents in my name.

This experience brought me to become VP of Corporate Development for Dover Corporation's Pump Solutions Group. It was there where I led 7 acquisitions for Dover, all of them industrial pump companies. I recently formed my own firm, Tryangle Capital Management, to pursue similar acquisitions for our investors.

My education includes a BS in Aerospace Engineering from Syracuse University, a Master's in Engineering from University of Washington, and a Scholar's Certificate from Kellogg School of Management.

Besides business, my other interests include poker, comedy, writing, film, and dining out. I have had success in tournament poker, having cashed in WSOP, WPT, HPT, and the Poker Million. I was once a member of the Professional Poker Tour. I have performed stand up comedy, just to see if I could do it. I wrote a screenplay about poker and entered it into the original Project Greenlight. And finally, I enjoy sharing my reviews on Yelp about my dining experiences, mostly in Rancho Cucamonga.
