A certified safety professional Gary LoPiccolo sits on the ANSI Z359 Subcommittee and the Louisiana Open Board. He also serves as a member of multiple industry committees and training groups. Gary LoPiccolo embarked on his health, safety, and environment career as an analyst with the Phillips Petroleum Company in Lafayette, Louisiana, and the Phillips Chemical Company in Pasadena, Texas. In 1995, he accepted a safety consultant post with the Lafayette-based energy services company Moreno & Associates.

As Moreno & Associates evolved to become the Moreno Group and then Dynamic Energy Services International, the company offered Gary LoPiccolo a series of promotions. By 2007, Mr. LoPiccolo had risen through the ranks to his current position of vice president of safety, health, and environment. His daily responsibilities involve supervising 20 departmental business unit managers to ensure full company compliance with all industry regulations and standards.
