Gary Pulla

I am a professor and researcher from Guayaquil, Ecuador, with a doctorate and two master’s degrees. I have served as postgraduate lecturer, Director of Research, and Zonal Education Coordinator, leading projects in strategic planning, quality assurance, and educational policy aligned with international standards.
