Based in Missouri, Gary Rixson has nearly two decades of experience in business development, client support, operations, HR and various executive leadership roles. After earning a bachelor’s degree in journalism from the University of Kansas, he began his career as an account executive at United Parcel Service, where he quickly became one of the company’s top performers in the MidWest region. While completing the Master of Business Administration program at Baker University, Gary Rixson’s career progressed as he joined AT&T where he served as Account Executive, Operations Manager, District Sales Manager and Client Business Manager for Enterprise markets. During his tenure at AT&T, Mr. Rixson continuously exceeded corporate goals and objectives, earning the highest award attainable - AT&T’s Leader’s Council.

In 2013, Gary Rixson joined Lockton Companies, the world’s largest privately held insurance brokerage firm. As a consultant and part of the Benefit Communication Insourcing team, he is responsible for developing unique benefit communication strategies for Enterprise clients. In doing so, Mr. Rixson strives to expand clients’ understanding of employee benefits, provide unique business solutions to HR and maximize their business’s employee benefit ROI.

Outside of the office, Gary Rixson enjoys an active lifestyle with friends and family. He pursues hobbies such as golfing, fishing, running and snowboarding. He successfully completed the Chicago Marathon in 2012 and the Tough Mudder race in 2013.
