I am a real estate consultant and broker. My passion is helping others who are interested in foreign countries, especially Latin America

I love to travel and have always planned to move to a foreign country. I am now loving life in Mexico.

I am a cowboy -- grew up on a ranch in Wyoming and still try to get on a horse whenever I have a chance.

I've owned retail stores, managed bars, restaurants and a motel.

Most of my career has been related to real estate. I built a large real estate company in Nevada and at the same time was very active in REALTOR organizations. I was the 2000 President of the Greater Las Vegas Association of REALTORS and have been a director of the National Association of REALTORS

I have taught commercial and residential real estate to other agents and I am an Accredited Consultant in Real Estate (ACRE).

I have received the following designations and certifications: ABR, ACRE, CIPS, CRB, CRP, CRS, GMS, GRI, RELO, TRC, WRS (most of them are related to international real estate.

I believe in giving back and helping others. Some favorite interests are photography, writing, skiing and riding horses.
