I’m a senior digital marketing leader with 15+ years’ experience delivering transformation across FTSE organisations, global brands and complex portfolios. I’ve built teams, modernised operations and led digital functions that help marketing work more cohesively, with clearer roles, better tools and sharper purpose.
Over the years, I’ve worked across almost every area of digital, from strategy and platforms to content, CRM, UX and automation. This mix of experience helps me connect the dots, shape better ways of working and lead marketing that delivers with focus and consistency. I’ve worked across property, travel, retail, loyalty, events and transport, often stepping in at moments of change and adapting fast to new challenges, audiences and global environments.
I currently lead digital and marketing operations for British Land, one of the UK’s largest property companies, with £14.6bn in assets under management. I shape the businesses external digital strategy across customer-facing platforms (including web, app, social media, customer service & experience), and work with senior stakeholders to ensure digital supports business goals. That includes aligning digital with brand, strengthening our online presence, and making sure key audiences understand our product.
I’m as comfortable setting direction as I am getting into the detail. I can zoom out when needed, but I’m equally willing to get hands-on to make things happen. It means I can keep sight of the bigger picture while understanding the detail needed to get there.
I care about how marketing shows up inside businesses, how it connects people, sharpens priorities and builds confidence in the work. Internal clarity is just as important as external results. With the right foundations in place, marketing becomes more scalable, consistent and valuable.
