The reason for this page is to let you understand me - the person behind the CV and the business profile. It's to help you understand what drives me, what motivates me, and what interests me.

I've worked in a variety of business roles since the age of 16. Professionalism has always been part of who I am - I believe it is vital to have employees who are professional in everything they do when it comes to your business, whatever role they are in.

I have experience in businesses large and small - from one of the largest automotive companies in the UK, down to smaller local manufacturing businesses. This gives me insight and understanding into the working of businesses whatever size they are.

I'm motivated by success - both mine and the business I am working in. I like to work with businesses who are looking to the future, and driving innovation and growth. I love to be part of that - to help growth by controlling the present, and putting systems into place for the future. I understand the important role that cost controlling plays - and constantly seek to develop innovative and cost-saving methods to underpin the best strategies.

I am business minded and totally focused on the business I work in. I dedicate myself to the improvement of my department, the growth and improvement of the people who work for me, and always envision and work with the bigger picture in mind - the successful future of the business.

I believe that every business needs to look after it's employees - it's people are the lifeblood of the company. Treat them well, and they in turn willingly and happily contribute to business growth and be proud to be part of the team.

At present I work for Leoni Wiring in Solihull, as a Customer Supply Specialist.

And the ME behind the business person? I love relaxing with my family, keeping fit, watching sports, walking, reading, and researching my family tree.
