Throughout my 19+ year career as an office manager and procurement & logistics’ specialist, I have demonstrated proficiency in all core office administration functions, including document preparation and controlling, internal communications, data and records management, meeting scheduling.

I work closely with the company Logistics and procurement executive to ensure timely and effective tracking and follow up on all company’s shipments, as well as keeping an accurate tracking log file of company Purchase orders and shipments.

I Prepare purchase orders and send copies to suppliers and to departments originating requests. Determine if inventory quantities are sufficient for needs, ordering more materials when necessary. Respond to customer and supplier inquiries about order status, changes, or cancellations. Check shipments when they arrive to ensure that orders have been filled correctly and those goods meet specifications.

Oversee and manage all oversees vendor payments from our banks and coordinate with financial department for proper vendor account reconciliations.

In short, I can manage my office without any highly supervision, and maintain confidentiality with highly sensitive materials and matters.

In addition, I have an excellent experience in preparing PowerPoint presentations and shows plus Preparing and editing Reports in both languages (Arabic & English)

including coordination of GIS maps, tables, shapes, diagrams…etc.
I maintain calm under pressure and adapt to meet the unique needs of each organization.
