Over the past 10 years, I have worked at the intersection of public sector reform, performance management, and digital transformation at senior levels of government in Argentina.
Most recently, as National Director at the Argentine Presidency, I led strategic planning and budget execution for a USD 72M annual portfolio, contributed to 9 presidential decrees on efficiency and regulatory reform, and coordinated initiatives with UNDP, FONPLATA, and OEI.
Previously, as General Director of Monitoring and Evaluation at the Buenos Aires City Government, I designed and scaled the City’s performance management system across 180 public services and 15 ministries, overseeing 500+ KPIs and leading a 40-person team of analysts and data specialists.
I am currently a Chevening Scholar finalizing an MSc in Data Science and Public Policy at UCL, where I am applying machine learning, causal inference, and statistical programming to questions of public policy and government delivery.
My current focus is on how digital government, data, AI, and digital public infrastructure can strengthen institutional capacity and improve services, particularly through roles in multilateral organisations, GovTech and technology companies.
