Apostle Carmen Sullemun is the founder and pastor of The Well of New Beginnings Ministries, Inc. here in Orlando, Florida. After accepting the call of God in 1985, Pastor Carmen was initially licensed as a Minister by Bishop David and Pastor Claudette Anderson Copeland, at New Creation Christian Fellowship. She was ordained as an Elder by Pastor Ira White of Full Gospel Tabernacle in Rochester, New York in 2002.
The bible says we are a chosen people, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people belonging to God. (1 Peter 2: 9-10)
