I’m Gaurav Pandey, a renewable energy and infrastructure professional with 21+ years of experience across Decentralized Renewable Energy (DRE), Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), EPC, Green Buildings, Energy Transition, and Technical Training.

I have led projects spanning solar mini-grids, utility-scale renewable energy, energy storage, airports, metros, hospitals, IT parks, factories, data centers, and large mixed-use developments. As the Former General Manager & Head of Operations – India at MLINDA, I worked on delivering energy access solutions through decentralized renewable energy initiatives.

My professional journey includes significant roles with Larsen & Toubro (14 years), Thales Reliance Defence Systems, and BLK Ltd., combining expertise in design, engineering, coordination, project management, and sustainable infrastructure.

I am passionate about BESS, renewable energy, net-zero buildings, energy efficiency, carbon markets, and emerging AI-driven digital solutions for the energy sector.
