Gautam Banerjee

Gautam Banerjee is an accomplished quality and innovation practitioner with over one and half decade of managerial and leadership experience spread across Asia, Europe, the United States, the Middle East, East Africa and Australia in the operations outsourcing services industry.

He is the founder and managing director of Business Brio (www.businessbrio.com)- a consulting firm focused on Operations Excellence and Analytics.

Before starting his venture, Gautam led a portfolio of clients at Fidelity Management Research including five Fortune 50 companies for Benefit Plan Services product line. Fidelity is one of the world's largest providers of financial services, with assets under administration of $3.6 trillion, including managed assets of $1.6 trillion (June, 2012).

Gautam was previously employed at Accenture in multiple roles - General Manager, Operational Excellence (OE) for the global delivery center network, as also certified Lead Assessor for OE readiness for all deals in transition.

Gautam is also currently Advisory Board member of One Billion Minds - the world's largest human network on Innovation.

A Mechanical Engineer from Amravati University, Gautam has a MS in Software Systems from BITS, Pilani, India. He has successfully completed the Executive General Management Program at IIM Bangalore, India. Gautam is certified as a Master Black Belt on Lean and Six Sigma by the Indian Statistical Institute, Bangalore, India, and a certified Six Sigma Black Belt from Motorola University.
