Instrumentation & Control Engineer (BTech) by education, and by profession I have more than 20 years of Experience in manufacturing and production Industries specially Electronics SMT & EMV Smart card Industries.

I am currently working as an Application Specialist – Plastic Manufacturing (Cards & Graphics) at Klöckner Pentaplast in Virginia, USA. Klöckner Pentaplast is a globally recognized leader in the packaging and specialty film industry, dedicated to sustainability and innovation. Previously I worked as a Quality Control Manager in “Protec Secure card” It's an American company based in New Jersey. We are Producing financial & commercial Smart cards with its personalization & packaging process. We have complete solutions for Banking & Non-banking Payment solutions Including data transmission, Data security & Printing.

in past I worked as a Bureau In-charge - (Operations Head - Production & Personalization Facility) - Dynamics Inc @ Ctrl S Data Centers Ltd. based in India (Mumbai)

I was heading a unit in which We manufacture SMT Banking Interactive cards - Personalization - Fulfillment - Payments - Clouding - Data Security & data center.

The Experience of my whole profession starts with Installation / Maintenance & application part of Production Assembly line used for making SMT PCB's & then I worked as a production & Operation head for SMT based EMV banking cards & Then I worked as a Quality Control & Production management on PVC based Financial & Commercial cards.

I have good Knowledge of all the certifications require to have on one plant producing smart cards Like ISO, CQM, GVCP, EMV etc etc.

I have worked on my mature high-tech start-up projects Include designs, manufactures and markets intelligent of powered payment devices. I focused on introducing fast-cycle innovation to top bank card issuers and our signature innovation is the world's first fully programmable magnetic stripe used in our next-generation payment cards that utilize all three industry transaction methods: swipe, pin & chip and tap. Recently, I had fully knowledge on integrated powered card technology into a fully interactive, client facing websites and back-end processing systems.
